Home health care is supportive care that is provided in the home. Home care allows a person to remain in the comfort of their home while they are receiving services to recover from illness, injury, or disability.
Wound care treatment requires nurses who have received extensive training. Our nurses have received extensive training in wound care management and are specialized on wound care management.
Our individualized approach to treating patients’ wounds reduces complications, promotes healing, decreases the chance for infection, and keeps patients healing
safely at home.
Our infusion nurses are carefully chosen based upon experience and skills in IV therapy, as well as their level of compassion for bettering the lives of our patients. All of our active Registered Nurses or Licensed Vocational Nurses undergo an extensive two-week training before they are
assigned patients. .
Our Nurses looks after patients with diabetes, a disease that stops the body from producing or absorbing enough insulin.
They teach patients and their families on how to best control symptoms through nutrition, exercise and lifestyle. And help patients monitor their blood sugar and minimize nerve damage
Our Cardiac Care Nurses cares for patients with heart diseases or conditions, from coronary artery disease to heart failure and recovery from bypass surgery.
They administer medication, monitor pain, and insert and remove IVs.
They teach patients and their families about diseases, processes, treatments and the best ways to stay healthy.
Some of our cancer patients require specialized health care assistance during or after cancer treatment and requires nurses who have received extensive training in managing their care. Our well trained nurses provide and helps coordinate the care and/or therapy their doctor orders. The goal is to make it possible for them to remain safe and comfortable at home while having
a good quality of life.
A tracheostomy helps protect the airway and makes a path through which breathing (ventilation) can be given by a machine (ventilator) if needed. It is sometimes needed because there is a block in their breathing passages or because illness has caused the airway and lungs to produce secretions (mucus) which are too thick and can only be cleared with suctioning.
